Ncoins

Hi, so i bought an amazon ncoin card and typed the code in the NCOIN tab when you apply a code. But it didn't show up in my game and I dont understand why. My friend did the same thing but instead she typed in her code under the BLADE AND SOUL tab when you apply a code and it went through for her. Is there a way to move my ncoins over? Or is it just going to stay there and be  useless?

I did, since yesterday and got no answer

I'm not sure i understand what you did exactly so just to clear up.

 

1. Buying amazon code

2. log into account

3. go to apply a code

4. put in the serial number

5. use the code under the ncoin/blade and soul tab in unused serials

 

u did all that? The important thing is after using the code you have to apply it. It also doesnt matter under which tab u use the code

I did all of that and it didn't appear in my Blade and soul account
