Close Shave

Close Shave, assassin , has this skill been removed? I have not found, if not, at what level can I use it?

It's there, but I don't think you'll find anyone recommending the use of Close Shave over the other option (depending on your element).  Just find it in your Martial Tome (Key bind to K)

if you're shadow it will be the secondary spec of F, insted of "Dark strike"

if you're Lightning it will be on F aswell, insted of "Lightning pierce"
