afaik this outfit is a one-time limited offer once every year in Korea, like the Grand Phoenix outfit pack we had early this year (that is not going to be added into the game again according the info we got from the stream back in the past, it is limited for real - gladly something players from the past can be proud of to own something unique).

 

We may get this outfit in our regions too in the future, probably the same way we got the Grand Phoenix pack. However, you can expect it to be the most expensive outfit to buy from the micro-transaction store, and available only once forever.

Anyway, I think we will get the limited outfits from earlier years Korea had before us first I believe, since Korea BnS is out over 4 years while we're not even in our 2nd year yet. Which is why I think that we won't see the White Tiger outfit in the next year. Maybe we get it in 2019 or so (if the game is still alive until then, that is *laugh*)
