Anyone else getting this Whisper?

I been in game for only like 15 mins and started to get whispers like what shown in the picture. I did block out part of the whisper since it was a URL and wonder if anyone else is getting this whisper.

lel that my friend is a bot whispering you with fake message, just block them, click their name and press block spammer =v=
