We got this only 2 months ago and had to play mxm to get it. Really unlikely for this to be come again anytime soon.

Some people downloaded and played a bit a game that NC wanted to promote to get the outfit, all of it for free. Now other people are asking to pay for the outfit in the game where it belongs. I don't see why it should be unlikely to happen, on the contrary. But only someone from NC could really answer the op question.
