Focus Chi bugged, Q/E/SS CD not showing

Soul fighter's focus chi does not give the 20% crit dmg and speed buff when used, along with Q/E/SS cooldowns are not shown.

Same for me Focus Chi(Z)  is not applying the C.dmg and Speed Buff

Yes, Soul Fighters Focus Chi does not apply 20% Critical damage + Move speed, neither does it apply the 60% with 3 Golden Dragons. It's completely bugged.

And the Q/E does not show either yes. Fix this please :)
