Mushin's tower 16-20 bracelet

So I know this was a thing in KR and other versions of the game, but we all know NA does not follow their logic.

I've been wondering, can you actually get the bracelet from ANY of these floors? Or did NA make it yunsang exclusive?

Unrefined bracelet can drop any floor from f16 to f20 but the higher the floor the higher the drop chance.

Bullshit, I had 62 runs still not a single bracelet dropped, maybe my RNG sucks IDK............

I just ran 83 times still no show either, I think there must be something wrong there, a single item should not be this hard to get.
