Can we expect to see Ebondrake Wheel cosmetic return again soon?

I like this ebondrake wheel cosmetic and I was wondering if we will see it return again soon?  I have several alt characters who are level 30-40 that wanted to get this item, but could not participate in candycloud event because they weren't level 50, and I really wanted them to get it too.

 Same here. I think there will be wheels again, just not ebondrake wheel. I have 150 extra tokens on my main, wish i could somehow use them on alts to buy wheel. Unfortunately, neither tokens or wheels are tradeable.

Expect newer, shinier, and possibly more expensive accessories in the future, like wings, auras, jetpacks, etc. By then, you may not even care about the Ebrondrake wheel anymore.
