Problem with using Emberstomp

Hello.

Sometimes the game wont let me use emberstomp. It says that i cant use this skill right now. If i move a bit, it's ok, but i usually relise that my ember didn't work after fury burst so... feels terrible. 

It mostly happens in celestial basin,  usually when i stand on um.. kind of stairs, but sometimes happens on flat ground too.

Anyone else experiencing this?

This bug happens to me every few minutes, just have to take a step and then everything is usually good again.

I get this glitch a lot and it's annoying, like you said it normally happens in celestial basin with mighty cleave and emberstomp.
