Stuck on loading screen after character select but game not disconnecting

Since the patch, I have been unable to enter bns. I get to the loading screen where it loads almost entirely. Once the running animation I'd about 7/8ths of the way done, the loading screen stays loading for a long time. The animation continues to run and it never disconnects, so it's not a connectivity issue. Tried to reload the game multiple times, a DNS cache dumo, and a file repair but have yet to get in game. 

 

Please help at all if possible.

Same here, I tried shutting my laptop off with the power button and back on, same issue AGAIN. Had no problem entering bns this morning but now it's just impossible. Stuck on loading screen for the third time, still waiting after 15 mins...

Edit: No luck. Six launches and it won't go any further.

Update:
I contacted support and their only response was "It's your fault because your system doesn't have the right graphics card" even though I was perfectly able to play up to this point. Idk what to do now.

Got stucked today... Game worked fine last night. Now I remembererd why I left the game months ago. To bad I returned, gonna leave it again...

Happened to me either. Good to know that I am the not the only one. The exeuse of GPU doesn't match to game requiment is a total crap, Game was working pretty fine even on a low end PC (about 8 years old hardwae)

its something that they did on Tuesday for the maintenance and they need to fix it.
