Suggestion: Sacred Oil account bound

Im one of (un)lucky? people that got Sacred Oil from merchant of wonders on alt char i use only on events.

Its one of most expensive materials and most players can only dream about leveling souls.

Lucky drops like that happens once in few events, so making it account bound would really help many less fortunate players with progress on their important chars.

Right now i feel like im being punished for playing alt chars, pretty sure lucky merchant wont visit me on my main char and i just lost 400g dream drop.
