Can I: Run BnS using a Surface Pro 3

Before anyone tells me "buy a desktop" yes, yes, I'm working on it, only so much I can do with unemployment benefits at the moment. All I want to know is this. IS IT POSSIBLE. I can run SWTOR on it nicely, I can run WoW very nicely, SMITE, LoL, bunch of other games very nicely. Is it possible to run BnS on a Surface Pro 3?
