Master Hong's Care Package

i just purchased this from the hongmoon store. i didn't have enough room in my inventory to hold all the items, so i exited out of that window, went to the hongmoon store and bought some more bag space, and my Care Package disappeared, and i can't buy another one... says you can only purchase it once per account.

 

will my Care Package be refunded, or are you going to reset the once per account purchase history? either way is good with me.
