HM skills for the Warlock Alt

I'm looking to invest more heavily into another character and such will have an alt I'll continue to gear up to a useable level (not going for legendaries, but able to do stuff like Desolate tomb and Ebondrake Citadel after a while).

What HM skills will be important in addition to the gear to be able to play WL at a reasonable level?

Hm Dragoncall/Dragon Helix Only one required for pve content. 

Ember would be beneficial also for volley spam, but it is not required.

If u got good ping go hm helix, hm volley and the new soulbadge that makes rmb and 4 proc each other during leach.
