Which soul badge shall I buy? (des)

I finally got enough tokens to buy a soul badge from the tower of infinity. I'm not sure which one to buy now. I wanted the 2 seconds longer grab, but I've heard that it does not apply the restraint on the extra 2 seconds. The 20% movement speed on typhoon sounds nice, but I'm not sure how it works and if it's worth getting it. Do I move 20% faster while im spinning or do I only walk faster without spinning?

Agree with 882184_1452550488. It's still 2 extra seconds of free dps for your team and it's two extra seconds of delaying boss mechanics.

 

The other soul badge increases your speed while using typhoon after it hits someone but it's really only useful for open world and 6 v 6 PVP so unless you do more of that then PVE I'd go with the grab badge.
