Pirate weapon route gone, I thought more nebula stone can be acquired?

I only seen the stone ONCE in an event, I thought more events will have it and this recent one doesn't have any, only for the accessories. The oathbreaker path is much more expensive then the pirate but newer players and players who want to make alt characters have to spend a lot more time and resources just to achieve the same results as the pirate path. Why even take the pirate path out in the first place when it was working with the Oathbreaker path anyways?

It could be awhile until they do another Nebula stone event for weapons, I would say just do some dallies "Shiverstone, any other you can do" everyday you'll get what you need in time, wouldn't recommend doing so many characters at once, focus on one character two if you can manage it.
