actually the merging is cool, it feels like the game is more lively

Not if your only way to get moonstone is SSP or Battleground. The more viable option is SSP since you can get from 0 to 20 every 30 minutes depending on your RNG. Moonstone is an absolutely necessary material for upgrade. Now after the merge SSP became a hell, which I kinda predicted, and only people with very high gear, very good pc, and very good ping will be able to get loot and thus thrive. While the rest of us either buy gold or bust our asses off doing daily quests so you can buy 2 moonstones a day. Which isn't appealing to anyone after seeing how much you can get after a successful SSP run. Never the less you need them by hundreds after a certain point in your upgrade path, and certainly nobody wants to spend the rest of this year trying to acquire 100 moonstones for their next upgrade.

 

Oh and moonstones is just a small issue ... how about very low FPS for at least 50% of the current BnS population due to massive increase of people around vaults, towns and generally everywhere, to which everyone's response is "buy a better pc".

How optimistic but...

They are not doing anything about making game better. They are trying to make more profit from it better. 

And honestly they fail at that too ^^

If people were actually mature in this game there won't be SSP troubles and everyone'd get all quests done and be butt-rich in soulstones. But obviously people aren't mature in this game and would rather kill each other for no gain.
