So I managed to collect 300 pages of Reclaimed Secret Technique that I can trade for Retrieved Hongmoon Secret Technique - Volume 1. Now the question is that for which class that skill is actually really needed and/or useful for pve?

For summoner its the seed shroud technique, triggers 12 focus recovery for 6 seconds on successfull counter. Use it in arena and 6 seconds of sunflower spam LOL

I think you forgot to read that I am asking for PVE, not PVP-

Oh sorry, this also applies for PVE tho :P Since i have aggro most of the time i use my seed shroud a lot.
