How to get Critical Defense

ppl tell me thru soul shield fusion but ive never seen the crit def stat on any shield yet so far except as piece combo for sparring and challange

The soul warden crafting guild can create specialized soul shield primers that can be used to fuse specific stats into peoples soul shields.

These shield primers can also be upgraded by soul wardens into stronger versions that provide more stats however doing so requires quite a hefty investment if u consider the fact that you'd need a primer for each individual shield piece you wish to fuse.

 

That being said, most people just go with the first tier of primers since we've been changing soul shields at such a rapid rate.

The soul shield primers are tradable and the ones that provide critical defense have the prefix reflex.

As such, a simple search on the marketplace for the term "reflex", perhaps also adding the desired level requirements should provide you with ample examples of these.

Also the Moonwater Arena faction PvP soul shield provides some crit hit defense, but it does not have competitive enough stats. The Hell set (not out yet) also provides a big crit defense boost.

Current gold standard would be a Challenge-5/Sparring-3 mix with additional crafted reflex primers. The stat can go so high with this that you might want to invest into pierce / defense as well at some point. 1500 crit defense is usually sufficient even against blue buff. ^_^
