Okay, since you apparently cant mail the hongmoon tickets, does anyone know if you can actually smail the gem from dragon express? is it account bound? i sure as hell hope so, since im im gonna main SF and i wont be geared intime to get the tickets on that char..

I dont mean trade as in sell, i mean as in being account bound, like the flawless gems from the trove event? would be kinda gay if they arnt, hf SF mains
