AP gems?

Where are people getting all these AP gems? I know you can buy the 35ap and the green one from CS, etc. but what about the others? I am seeing people with 50-60ap in gems alone.

there are three ways go get those,

 

) during cash events, right now by a very small chance from the mysterious vendor that can appear at the end some dungeons ( chance to get this gem is approximately 1 in 1000 dungeon runs.

 )collect 1000 blackwyrm essences and buy one in misty woods, or get one from the blackwyrm box (chance i also about 1 in 1000)

) craft one by transmuting, but this will cost several tousand gold and several hundred Runs in cold storage .
