i am from Azerbaijan and i like so much this game but i cant play. Please create Russia server which we can enter from Azzerbaijanand other countries.Please create...

Publisher for Russia is Innova, and I think your country IPs (as I think all former SU countries) are blocked to connect to NCSoft server right because of this agreement with Innovia.
