Heart Stab:

• Faster cast speed where instantaneous conditions cannot be met (benefits Dark build only).
• Refunds 1 chi on critical hit.
• Dark Strike and Lightning Pierce available on hit for Stunned, Dazed, Grabbed, or Phantom Gripped target.

Bombard:

• Deals 1.5 attack power modifier as additional damage on 5 stack poisoned targets.

Heart Stab is a massive boon with higher chi uptime and more Dark Strike/Lightning Pierces being brought out. Bombard's bonus is pretty pathetic for a Hongmoon tier, especially when the skill itself is crap to begin with.
