Soul shield question! (Noob version)

Im trying to finish Moonwater Soul shield collector and i cant find the followings

 

Koki Evasion soul shield 1-8(Green)

Skyhaven Evasion soul shield 1-8(Green)

 

Anyone would know where to get them?

 

PS: i contacted support and they were not helpful at all

Koki evasion soul shields :  Drops from Gollak Army mobs in the Sapphire Basin.

Skyhaven : couldn't find any info on a cursory glance , will try to farm them skyhaven guys around and see if any of them drops it 

 

As for Koki , personally I have never seen a green one drop :(

ok so i went around and killed god knows how many ploggles ...no green shields at all ... the big guy there drops snapjaw acc green shields

 

same with skyhaven ... not a single green shield 

 

not sure at this point whether they are even in game

I gave a try on every single mobs in the Sapphire Basin and got no luck.

 

and the Skyhaven supposetly they arent in the game anymore
