Experience Charm Fragment quests

I've been trying to find some information about quests that give 'Experience Charm Fragment' as a fix reward. I know there are some quests, though I don't know them all (maybe just 1 or 2).
If you guys know about any daily quest, that gives this item as a fix reward, please let me know. If you could provide me a list of all the dailies that have this reward, I'd be very grateful.
If you know just one or two quests (or place or dungeon that the quest belongs to), please, also let me know. I'd be more than glad for those as well.

The level 50 blue dungeon dailies give them. Not sure about lower levels, tbh.
