Dark pirate weapon (Siren - Pirate)

Chance of item appearing in chest you get from Night Ship Harbor's (24-man) Mystery Man.

Can you only get the chance to obtain once per day from him? Or as many times as you fight him?

 I got mine in a Pirate weapon box drop from Mushin tower,(I have never run Nightshade or e-fleet 4/6 mans)  also the Warrior weapon too, had both these drop fairly regularly  although after many runs through Mushin over the previous 2 weeks I have never seen them drop since Silverfrost patch.

You can farm him all days if you lucky enough to have folks do that 24 mans.

Which stage mushin tower did it drop?

 

I can just go in solo and hope to find people running nightshade harbor xD
