Dungeons with Quests

I'm trying to do Dungeon Daily Quests for leveling up. But many of them don't have quests. If they have quest, a quest NPC will appear at cross server dungeon lobby. Can you list some dungeons with quests for a level-38, the ones with XP > 3000?

As a level 38 you will level up much faster by just doing teh story and blue quests in the areas even if they give 1000 exp.

That simply means you have not reach the point of the story that unlock those dungeon quests. It's better to just continue with story quests as they give more xp and also some blue quests.
