Plog Sanctum Bots?

So I see destroyer bots farming the tiny 30k HP ploggles near the center statue in the lake. Why are they there though? I've done the kill 10 ploggles quest and they've given me nothing special. Just what do they drop that's worthwhile?

I'm guessing Essence of Plog. 30 of them in each of the altars after you kill the 3 mini bosses within a certain time frame of eachother will summon Giganura. At least, that's how I think it works. Never seen it done myself. The plog essences go for about 11s each at the moment on NA.

 

Not sure that the essences drop from the 30k hp ploggles, but if the bots are there they probably do. Can't think of what else it would be.

Is this going to be fixed its getting way of others doing daily quest and there probably gold sellers farming copper drops
