Mobs keep reseting

I play warlock (If it matters) and i noticed that when i am soloing dungons (like brightstone) whenever i use my soul shackle on the bosses or mobs they tend to reset no moatter how close i am to them. i can bring down half their hp and unless they are hitting me constantly they reset its rather annoying. it has been happening for a while now and my guild mates who are warlocks are haveing the same problem. plz fix!!!

Brightstone, Bomani and especially the mobs in Silverfrost love to Reset.

But solo in Brightstone is game breaking. In PVP warlock is worst class and in pve buggy.... GG NCsoft...

Same for me too...hope they fix this soon. It's really annoying! Left 5% still resets!

Yes this needs to be fixed. Warlocks should be able to use their rooting skill without being afraid if the mob is gonna reset.  Telling us to use other skills first and then chains is wrong too. We are casters we dont wanna to take punches in the face so we usually use root first then pew pew mobs down. If we arent able to do this with our squishiness we die quite easily.

Please fix this NCsoft. Very annoying to pull 4 mobs to shackle and 2 then reset because they are not taking constant damage.
