is Evasion important for destroyer class ? what increase Efficiency of counter by 71 % suppose to mean ?  which skill is suppose to be counter for destroyer class ?

Evasion is the "skill" how well you evade attacks. In boss fights you notice that automatically sometimes your character avoids the attack with text Evade. This is what evasion adds, the probability of evade happening. In other words hit misses.

i got this  .. what i didnot get it .. is the increase of efficiency of counter ?
