Since soulstone pounches are realy hard to get and etc. Please add skill books and cool outfits and weapon skins into arena shop,  all items can be untradeable to avoid bots.  Yes I know there are outfit in arena shop,  but it looks like piece of junk. Please others who read this vote for it :)

You will get costumes and books with the achievement merchant. So get them from there.

I hate new PVE system,  and I have to force my self to grind boring PVE to get skills?  Hello?!  I hate new PVE cricket it!  PvP the last interesting thing which left in this game... -.-

Well...tough luck, PVE players are forced to do PVP to progress, so you need to deal with it and do PVE to progress. Thats called keeping it fair.

There are plenty faction / arena achievements to get so good luck

PVE players forced to do PVP wait what?  There is no point to do it...  Faction quests? Its PVE/PVP!!! I talk about arena, 0 rewards from it,  atleast give us untradeable soultones then I will be able to upgrade my gear. Atleast give something from arena...
