Payment failed?

I have been constantly trying to add ncoin to my account, but it keeps failing. I check over and over again to see if I got the numbers correct but it never works. Any help? ((I also have changed my billing info but it keeps going to my old one???))

Yeah I had a lot of problems with it off and on, turned out my bank/card issuer was blocking the transactions.  I stopped buying from NCSoft directly, and just bought the online codes from amazon, same price and the amazon system always worked.

having same issue, can't buy coin. just hangs out processing order.

turns out 2 of the failed (froze on processing.... window) went through. i tried too buy a second time before warping to amazon to purchase coins.

 

so bought extra 3200 coins due to website error LOL

 

sent in ticket for refund. only wanted 1600, but errors bought 4800.

Haha, yeah, it can be a bit finicky, people I know have been successful getting refunds so shouldn't be a problem!

thx. got refund looks like. coins gone and transaction history show a REFUND status on there.

That's really awesome! I know some games where they don't refund at all if you make extra or accidental purchases so good job on this one NCSoft! :)
