Can't submit a ticket using site form?

I keep trying to use the support page on this site to submit a ticket, and it just takes me back to the same page. Tried logging off and logging on again on the site, but stil the same happens. Is there any way to contact a GM/Support over in game issues? Thank you.

That is where I went, I press "Submit a Ticket" on that page and it just reloads the page, I scroll down and it's the same exact page. I tried to log out and log back in, but still does the same... I sent a mail to support@bladeandsoul.com, hopefully someone there will be able to help me.

Just want to chime in, got the same problem.

 

I go to https://support.bladeandsoul.com/hc/en-us.

 

Hit "Submit a Ticket" and land back at my acount settings (https://account.ncsoft.com/settings/index).

 

No pop-up, no message, nothing.

 

Tried the following things:

 

used 3 different browsers (firefox, edge, got desperate and tried IE)

tried it from a different PC, same result.

 

Will try submitting the ticket per mail now and hope for the best :/

Got the same problem now.. how will i even play the game if i cant contact them if i have an error?
