I'm not here to hate on you, but it's getting really frustrating with the miscommunication and the mistakes that has been made in the game that should be possible to fix easily.

I rushed to 45 and was done March 9, so I could get the rewards today. This is how many of us interpreted it, because you are not detailed enough.

Now I have to wait till next week for rewards, why is that? Why do we even have to wait for the rewards? Why doesn't it just get sent as soon as we reach 45?

I honestly think it would be nice as an apology for miscommunication that you send out rewards again today. If you can't, I hope you at least acknowledge that this is pretty lame for the players.

Also just heard that the costume came with the leveling bundle.. why? It should be seperated because many players want the costume on another character.

 

 

 

Why can you even change loot rules in cross-server dungeon with random people? It's like saying "Hello, please come and troll us."

You can't simply have a rule that it's not allowed, you have to simply disable it to prevent these kind of trolls or find a better solution.

The inventory bug is extremely frustrating and should be higher up on the priority list as I for one want more optimization than new content/cosmetics.

I don't know what's on your priority list right now, but that is one of the things that really annoy people.

 

Personally, I also hate the flames in dungeons. It cause nothing more than frustration for players.

You don't need THAT much fire, and you certainly don't need the orbs that kills the players just for getting close.

What is even this silly "feature"? I get that you block people out of the fight during bosses, but you don't need to kill them off completely.

This is another way for people to just troll others.

The last two things I want to bring up is GameGuard and botters, which I assume take way longer time to actually fix.

Yesterday I had to re-install GameGuard because it was making the game lag really bad.

After what I've heard GameGuard doesn't even prevent much as it is easily hack-able, it mostly just eat resources.

 

When it comes to botting, it seems like player actions isn't really checked much server-side, is that the case? Because this seems like something that can be detected:

 

 

 

I really want to like this game. As a paying customer, I was hoping for more.

I'll cross my fingers and hope that most of this will be fixed in the future.  :D

I created an character after March 2, and rushed to lvl45 the day before yesterday and received nothing, :(

Now I know why I got nothing..

This is suck,

At least they should explain what will the events work,  and about that High quality outfit pouch, they should explain that the fail rate clearly, I waste my money on it. If they could mention the fail rate, I wont waste my time and money on that,

 

Compare with the Blade and Soul I played in China, the NA server is just SUCK.

In China, we can search the detail for each dungeons, weapons, npcs, etc just in game, we can find everything thing/information in game  and dont need waste time go google it.

Not defending anyone here but, I got my 45 challenge rewards the day AFTER the patch. Not on patch day. Don't remember if it was at reset time so i won't put that as the time to get it. BUT, I did get it the after-patch day.

I got my character to level 45 three days ago. Even after the maintenance I don't have the rewards, do I need to wait till the 23rd or something like that?

Wait until 6pm PST tonight (17th of March).  If you haven't gotten it by then, send ticket.
