Clan Potion vs Healing Tonic

What is the point of Clan Potion if Healing Tonic is yields better healing and is exponentially cheaper?

I fail to grasp the idea of whole guild crafting at this moment. It has nothing of value to the players and is so expensive I doubt many people even consider doing this.

Also, you need a very organised and trusty clan. Personally, I wouldnt trust some casual guild leader to hand me some potions or whatever after they are ready.

I've not used the clan potion.  Does it share a cooldown with the healing tonic?
