I was fighting the mysterious man and it was really laggy (like always) and I thought wasn't going to get any loot, but I did but only 1 silver naryu coin

You get the reward from the quest, iirc.

MM is very laggy, make sure you have players turned off (ctrl-F) and your graphics settings set to "optimize for combat" - those two things help a bit.  Fortunately, minimal damage to the boss should be enough for you to get credit for the quest...trying to get a brilliant box however might prove difficult for lower geared characters and melee.  To aid you in maximizing your loot drops, make sure to have 10 stacks of the zone crit buff and use the 160AP potions you get off mobs or from the vendor inside.

You didn't do enough dmg but you did the last hit.
