Open world PVP weapon durability

Why... pvp should have NO impact on weapon dura. I go through 6 hammers daily from scorching sands dailies cause lvl 45's think they are pro ganking a lvl 31. Seems its 5 dura loss every time you die.. then they act like they are sorry and try to rez you and just kill you again.. another 5 dura. No wonder people skip pvp that isnt in arena. Pvp should never have impact on weapon dura. Dumbest shit ever
