Low fps on good pc

Hello. i have about 30 fps +- and i have pretty good pc.

my pc specs:

display card: AMD Radeon R9 380

processor: AMD athlon II X4 631

Ram: 8 gb

why am i getting so low fps? is there a way to fix it?

Lay down, cry a lot. I find it ironic "optimizing for combat" doesn't do shit. Optimization of this game is liquid shit. I get more FPS in Witcher 3.

i get 60 fps in bf4 ultra but in BnS all settings on low i get 30 fps

check how many cores are assigned to the client. 

use vertical sync

w8 for the optimization patch 

 

if u r willing to spend money get rid of that AMD cpu and buy an i5-7

The majority of the games are optimized for Nvidia Cards, i totally agree the R9 is a good one but doesnt change that most developers just optimize around Nvidia and dont care about ATI/AMD cards.
Also when new patches hit, usually who get Crash/fps issues are the Radeon users. 
That's why  it's 4 years i only buy Nvidia and i have to admit i run un much less problems.

Your problem is AMD. Its pure shit atleast for time being also its been mentioned that game has horrible optimization which is true.

 

If you really want fix then switch to Intel / Nvidia and throw AMD away. Even then its not like you get stable 120 fps.

 

Im running i7 6700k, gtx 970, 16gb 2400mhz and im still bouncing from 50-120fps and in BW i've 20-40fps.
