Mushin Tower 7th Floor (Blade Dancer)

I'm having a ton of trouble with this one for some reason. I've got a decent spec and can pretty much keep him down enough to where I take little to no damage for the first part of the fight, but once he gets to 20% he goes red circle, multi hit, right back. I've tried dodging back, around him, avoiding damage, everything, but it seems like there is NO time between them to get any CC going. He just goes red, dash, right back to red immediately. Maybe I'm doing something wrong or missing something that will allow me to get even a single hit in?

Note that he has a 5min timer and if you don't finish him before that timer, he will spam that move you are speaking of and there is no possible way to finish him

You're letting him go in his enrage, he will just spam that skill till you die... you need to kill him in less then 5 min

as above 5 min timer one its is up aoe spam rage from boss

As others have said that's his "Your 5mins have passed time to end this charade!" enraged spam and there is no way to kill him after those 5mins are up and you are pretty much forced to die and reset the fight.
