incubeftw Posted February 16, 2016 Share Posted February 16, 2016 Internet does NOT change your frame rate aka fps. Your graphics card does. I don't think anything clientside should be affecting Ping, particularly seeing as there isn't any way to use the client to get your ping, you have to use an outside program. and I *believe* it's possible for the server to be so bogged down that even ping requests are affected.
