Question about The Daily Dash

I was wondering if the last reward of the Daily Dash (Regium Corvus) will be available any time in the future?
I've only missed one day of Daily Dash and my luck with the numbers was never great.
I only managed to get 94/100. I just really want the Regium Corvus Head Adornment.

I guess it should be in the next Daily dash, starting today. NA had it in the last one, so it seems probable that EU will get it now and NA gets the outfit EU had in the last one.

It will probably cycle through and come back. If they haven't changed the size of the dash board though, everyone will be guaranteed to get the outfit (or w/e is in the final spot) even if they roll a 1 every single time as long as they get on and use their spins. Premium will be getting 168 spins and non-premium will get 112 spins at 2-3 spins per day for the 8 weeks it says it will be going.

It really irks me that after you complete the board there's nothing more. What's the purpose of getting extra spins when even if you roll a 1 every single day you'll get to 99 regardless? Why isn't there a bonus board for the people who get to the final reward a long time before it ends?
