New Soul Shield upgrades

So we do know the with the feb 10th update will basically introduce new SSes thatll take the spot as best being bloodshade harbor for PvE and Mushin tower for pvp. So what will the best soul shields to upgrade dem with will it still be artisanal Moonwater? or will it introduce something thatll be better or will there be another to upgrade?

Was a post a few days ago about the new shields, although it doesn't have the ridiculous amounts of extra hp that has been strapped on to all of them in this version.

Yea i know about the sets its the upgrades im asking about although that is still useful info
