Fresh 45. Which Soul Shield set to Get?

I just hit level 45 and I was wondering which Soul Shield set I should go after for PvE. There is a set at the Moonwater Valor Stone Trade Vendor and I was wondering if it was worth buying. As a KFM, I'm not sure if I should focus on crit or evasion or what. Any advice would be appreciated.

I sport the moonwater arena soul shield with extra offensive stats fused onto them. Yep, also for PvE :)

And you attain these from just doing arena?

U can obtain that, farming Insignias on misty forest. Each piece cost 20insignias

imo just w8 until feb 10 when nightshade harbor is out and get the purple soul shield from there... for now if u dont wana spend ur day grinding faction insignia from misty wood faction bosses(moonwater arena SS) then just go to hoghead hamlet and use ur moonwater valor stones to get the SS from the NPC(it shud give u somewat of a boost until u get better SS)
