Name change fixed?

Does anyone know if the name change item has been fixed?

 

I kinda want to swap two of my char names, but wanted to know if they fixed the one year lock on the name that is being switched

Far as I know its a year if you change name and instant upon deletion.

yeah they did say they where working on it

was just wondering if they happen to fix it, but I doubt it now lol

Does one name fit the other character more or something? You technically still have both names so it's not all bad :P
