Siren belt and bracelet question

I know the bracelet stats are random but is there a purple bracelet?  Also for the siren belt, is there something that upgrades to it like the hoogmoon equipment?

Unless somthing has changed, you have to wait until floor 8 of mushin tower for a purple bracelet. Siren belt is the start of the chain, the break isn't currently in, and the combine is in BSH which also isn't in yet.
