What is the best end game soul shield for PvP?

Moonwater PvP Soul Shield set is actually REALLY good to get once you're level 45.

Im not sure what server you're on, but if you're on mushin, join the Cerulean order (because thats where all the active faction players are), and go farm 160 insignias (which takes about 2-3 hours). You'll have a soul set that increases your HP to almost 40k.

Any recommendations for getting a decent group to farm those insignias? I went to the area and there is absolutely no one around :D
