Players purposely throwing tag matches?

I haven't tagged matched that much but today I joined a tag match, as the match starts while in the preparing area

One of the player on my team says "enjoy the 2v3 fags" and I noticed they have close to no health - like less than 10% left.

They go in first and dies within 5 seconds and then continue to shit talk in party until the end of the match.

 

What the hell is up with this?

Its about server lags in pvp with some players its chronic. They cant move or use skills and simply stay still.devs need to work to get it sorted asap.happened to me this morning last night and the night before. I rarely get a smooth pvp match and no its not my connection

its called lack of common sense if you're paying the lowest internet service provided do not expect  top server latency
