Is there a way to view player level overhead?

Right now if I want to know if a high level is picking me off or if my target is a noob, I have to ESC, stop moving, click a menu, see their level.

 

I couldn't really find an option to view player level above their head... is there one?

 

I'm not talking about seeing their level when targeting them.

I don't remember if there is a way. I just hover over the person and look at the number and if they are low level, I ignore them unless they attack me specifically (if they are fighting someone and miss and hit me or happen to hit me with an aoe, meh).

 

But I think they don't have the above head due to "immersion"
