As far as I know it tells you how many days left till Daily Dash ends. Till then the final reward might change.

Im interested maybe NCsoft administrators might consider possibility to give those spins back when you cant connect to the game. I mean due internet crashes or those long que, hmm?

I know that it is called "daily dash" but it would be awesome from their side to give equal chances, just saying :)
