Fix EU Disconnect 1000 problem -.-

Really, I 'm getting sick from disconnect problem that happen in ebon hall, EU region 

Please please, Fix it , fix EU problem once and for all

Pretty sure there's just something wrong in your connection

There nothing wrong in my connection lmao, Using OpenDns, Checked my ISP, Other games work fine, China version of this game work fine, Other players having same problem.

Fun part is I able to chat with players and run around while not able to cast skills or do quest before Disconnect appear on me
